Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Electrical Assembler – Rectifiers who will help us achieve strategic and production plans while following our values of safety, integrity, customer focus, speed, teamwork, change, and enjoyment of the journey.
Responsibilities
Read and comprehend blueprints and schematics to assemble sub‑assembly components of a rectifier.
Prepare transformer components for assembly, including cleaning, lugging wires, measuring, cutting, and using a punch press machine.
Complete the final wiring of cabinets, install panels, route wires, harness wires, strip and lug wires as needed.
Operate hand tools and power tools and maintain required paperwork.
Adhere to all PPE requirements for safe job performance.
Requirements Basic Qualifications:
1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of metal materials and utilize mechanical lifts.
Must read, write, and comprehend plant directives.
Additional Qualifications:
Previous experience in panel wiring preferred.
Previous experience with cable preferred.
Basic understanding of blueprints, electrical assembly, and electrical schematics.
Frequent lifting, standing, bending, and reaching required.
Adhere to all PPE requirements (Eye, Hand, Feet, Hearing protection).
