Salary Range:
$44,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Set up machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code programs.
Perform quality control checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.
Adjust machine offsets, speeds, and feeds to optimize production and maintain quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or part quality.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and G-code/M-code.
Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) for quality control.
Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance.
Strong understanding of various materials and their machining properties.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
Experience machining advanced materials (e.g., titanium, Inconel, composites).
Ability to perform minor machine maintenance or troubleshooting.
CMM operation or advanced metrology experience.
