Full-Time
1st or 2nd Shift (2nd Shift: 3 Day Workweek - Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!)

What You'll Do:
Operate CNC Vertical Mills in our non-production department.
Set up, run, and inspect parts to ensure tight tolerances and top quality.
Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions like a pro.
Work with state-of-the-art equipment in a clean, climate-controlled shop.
Collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team that takes pride in what they do.
What You Bring:
3+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC Vertical Mills.
Familiarity with G-code and precision machining.
Attention to detail and commitment to doing things right.
A teamwork mindset and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn, grow, and support a winning culture.
