We're Hiring: CNC Lathe Machinist

Appleton, WI
Full-Time
1st or 2nd Shift
(2 Shift: 3-Day Workweek - Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!)

What You'll Do:
Program, set up, and operate
Doosan CNC lathes
(12-32" chucks) with
Fanuc controls .
Work on
3-, 4-, and 5-axis
machines in a non-production setting.
Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods.
Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs.
Follow
6S and safety protocols
to maintain a top-tier work environment.
Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups.
What You Bring:
3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a
job shop environment .
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
