What We Offer
Earn $80,000 to $150,000 per year (base pay + incentives). Top technicians can earn over $180,000 a year.
4‑day work week with rotating 4‑day weekends off.
Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, and a floating birthday holiday.
Company vehicle, gas card, tools, and uniforms provided.

What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
Educate homeowners on system performance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience.
EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
Strong diagnostic, communication, and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
