Responsibilities Our technicians travel to clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, and perform preventative maintenance as assigned.

Hourly pay up to $48+ with bonuses and incentives.
Base salary and bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service; top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible candidates.
