Responsibilities
Travel to clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
Perform assigned preventative maintenance and complete service calls efficiently.
Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
Qualifications
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., NATE).
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate – over $48 per hour with bonuses and incentives.
Potential to earn $100,000+ per year for top performers.
