Job Summary

Adhere to Food Safety, Sanitation, GMP, HACCP, USDA/FDA-HACCP standards Read and follow SOPs, work instructions, labels, and safety procedures Hand form, pack, cup, lid, sleeve, tape, and apply labeling to finished goods Manually palletize finished good cases and operate pallet jack safely Execute quality checks, HACCP paperwork, and centerline change‑over on all packaging equipment Perform sanitation of all equipment in the Packaging Area Required Skills
Work in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment with multiple changeovers Organizational, time management, and basic math skills Communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing) Strong inter‑departmental communication and teamwork Color differentiation and thermometer interpretation Safety awareness and adherence to company standards of conduct Preferred: ability to communicate in Spanish Americans with Disabilities Act

Base pay range: $21 USD plus shift differential/hourly. The range represents a good‑faith estimate for new hires at the Lynn, MA location.
