HC Remodel & Design is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled
Lead Carpenter
to join our team! This role is perfect for someone with extensive residential carpentry experience who takes pride in their craftsmanship and enjoys mentoring others on the job site.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from rough framing to detailed finish carpentry
Install trim, cabinetry, windows, and doors with precision
Mentor and guide apprentices and junior carpenters
Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every project
Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to bring remodels to life
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 10 years of residential carpentry experience
Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
Proven leadership and mentoring ability
A people person who values teamwork and integrity
