Position Summary
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician at Walmart, you will provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department and help members get more of what they love for less. You will collaborate with associates to meet member expectations and drive the club’s success.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, product specifications, and POS systems.
Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Communicate equipment, tool and supply needs, track returns and special orders, process transactions, and maintain inventory, audit safety standards.
Act as a brand advocate by delivering high‑quality service and products and modeling respectful teamwork.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards through open door and ethics policies.

Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Preferred Qualifications
Auto service industry or retail experience.
