Base pay range $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Position Summary As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas, collaborating with associates to meet member expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Be a Team Member : Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians.
Be an Expert : Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and Point of Sale systems.
Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems.
Be an Owner : Communicate equipment, tools, and supply needs to TBC Lead, track and monitor returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory, audit safety and compliance standards, and complete required documentation.
Be a Talent Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate, modeling high‑quality service and products, influencing and inspiring others, and maintaining a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented work style.
Comply with company policies : Execute policies, data, and resources, collaborate with managers and partners, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Respect the individual, embrace diversity, and support a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
