Join Walmart as a Tire & Battery Center Technician. You will provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas, ensuring members receive excellent service while staying within budget.
Base pay range $18.00/hr – $25.00/hr
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS operation, and POS systems.
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve service experience, and engage associates.
Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to the TBC Lead; process transactions and maintain accurate inventory and safety standards.
Advise members on purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and provide a positive member experience.
Maintain compliance with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy.
Complete work assignments using policies, resources, and management guidance; recommend process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid State‑issued Driver’s License.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed timeframe.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in auto service industry.
Retail experience.
