Title:
Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Pay Rate:
$40 to $60 per hour, depending on experience.
Location:
Lakewood, CO
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime.

Responsibilities
Perform service, maintenance, and repair on commercial and light industrial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Work with boilers, chillers, pumps, air conditioners, rooftop units, split systems, and water‑source heat pumps.
Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers, explaining problems and solutions.
Report to the TriG service manager/supervisor.
Provide outstanding service to our customers.
Qualifications / Skills
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling license.
5+ years of HVAC service experience.
Low‑Voltage license.
Experienced with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial and light industrial equipment.
Ability to use a 28‑foot extension ladder and a 12‑foot step ladder.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative/annual maintenance.
Advanced customer service skills.
Operate scissor and Genie lifts safely.
Familiar with air‑balancing principles and techniques.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
HVAC technical school completion certification desired.
High school diploma or equivalent.
