Robot Welder (Weekend Shift)

Pro Staffing Solutions, a dedicated division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., connects skilled professionals with leading companies across the United States. We’re looking for a dedicated Robot Welder with a minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience (or 1 year direct Robot Weld operator experience) to join our team. Immediate hiring is available, and we offer advanced training to help you grow within the company.

Salary & Benefits Base pay range: $45,000.00 / yr – $55,000.00 / yr.

Shift: 3rd Shift available, Weekend Shift, train on 1st shift

Pay: $19 /hour based on prior experience

Health insurance, vision, and dental available after 90 days of employment

PTO available after 90 days

Eligibility for quarterly bonuses after probationary period

401(k) plan with up to 6% company match

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10 hours per day, with some overtime

Requirements

2 years manufacturing experience or 1 year direct Robot Weld operator experience

Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs

High school diploma required

Must pass a background check

Must pass a drug screening

Must have reliable transportation
