Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $65,000.00–$75,000.00

Position Summary To ensure all subcontractors are paid timely and accurately.
Essential Functions
Daily posting of subcontractor pay
Ensure jobs are invoiced correctly and daily
Communicate with other departments to resolve issues with labor
Maintain files
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
Have earned a minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office
Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
Exhibit effective written and oral communication skills
Have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet strict deadlines without error
Seniority Level: Entry Level
