TE Connectivity operates a 254,000 square foot campus located in Jonestown, PA with 124,000 sq ft dedicated to production. The Lickdale manufacturing facility has over 450 employees and supports products for our appliances business unit including but not limited to terminals & splices, magnet wires and Rast Connectors. Job Overview TE Connectivity's Plating Teams operate assigned automated plating machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Shift:

2nd Shift – Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Shift Differential:

10%

Primary Responsibilities

Operate reeling equipment

Perform quality checks of products and assure good product

Load change reels

Must possess the ability to coordinate and move product from one department to another

Operate pallet jacks and other material handling devices

Ability to take direction and work with other teams

Education / Experience

REQUIRED:

High School Diploma OR GED

Knowledge of Terminal products, reeling, and plating processes

Basic arithmetic and the ability to work with alpha‑numeric part numbers

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift a minimum of 44 lbs safely & dependably

Must be able to carry a minimum weight of 44 lbs safely & dependably

Must be able to push a minimum of 80 lbs safely & dependably

Must be able to pull a minimum of 80 lbs safely & dependably

Constant sitting and occasional standing/walking is required in this job

Compensation

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.00 – $22.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
