Responsibilities
Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves and other appliances.
Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations.
Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve home comfort and protection.
Maintain vehicle and parts efficiently.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree.
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including testing & repair tools.
Preferred experience diagnosing and repairing home appliances.
Strong following of directions and processes for quality workmanship.
Smartphone proficiency for parts ordering.
Pass background & drug screen.
Valid driver’s license for state(s) worked.
Ability to travel up to 100%.
Variable & flexible hours, including overtime.
Ability to read, understand and apply written technical text.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs (frequent 50 lbs; occasionally 100 lbs), reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, turn, stoop, climb and crawl.
Drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
