Responsibilities
Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
Deliver excellent customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve their homes.
Maintain a clean, well‑organized truck and manage parts efficiently.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
Comfortable using a smartphone, including for part ordering.
Successful background and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
Flexible with variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; English proficiency.
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs, reach, bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, crawl, and drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
Travel Requirements Road Warrior (75% or more)
