Jenkins and Wynne is seeking medium and heavy‑duty Service Technicians to join our team. As a family‑owned dealership, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service for our customers and a supportive, growth‑focused environment for our employees.
What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics on cars, trucks, SUVs, or heavy‑duty vehicles.
Complete recall services according to manufacturer requirements.
Handle a variety of repairs, ranging from small part replacements to major engine or transmission repairs and replacements.
Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs and services performed.
Work closely with the service advisor team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provide an estimate of time required for additional repairs.
Uphold dealership and manufacturer safety and performance standards.
What We’re Looking For
Prior automotive technician experience (all levels welcome, certifications a plus).
Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Qualifications
2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; ASE certification.
Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of B‑level qualifications, including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair.
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
