We are seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our auto service center in Belton, TX. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles while providing outstanding customer service.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose technical issues and perform brake repairs, fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
Use mechanical aptitude and rapid learning to adapt to changing automotive technology.
Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
Provide mentoring and guidance to junior technicians.
Maintain strict adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation.
Support teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
Shift Information Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship required).
Commitment to learning new automotive technologies.
Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
Adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
Background in electrical, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems.
