About the Role As a Mid‑Level Automotive Technician you will gain hands‑on experience in one of Goodyear’s Auto Service centers, diagnosing technical issues and delivering outstanding service.

Shift Information Depending on location, the store may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.
What do we consider?
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience (brake repairs, fluid flushes, preventative maintenance).
Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Commitment to learning new technologies.
Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
Commitment to following established safety policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
ASE Certification.
Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
Experience in electrical, air conditioning, primary and advanced fuel ignition systems.
Skills and Responsibilities
Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem‑solving, including brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
Document all work performed on the repair order.
Report safety issues immediately to management.
Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care.
Adhere to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
Perform manual tasks (lifting, standing, bending, squatting) as required.
