Responsibilities
Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances with high quality and efficiency.
Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
Provide customers with value‑added solutions to improve home comfort and safety.
Maintain company truck well‑organized and manage parts inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; use of testing & repair tools.
Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
Proficiency with smartphones for part ordering and job support.
Successfully pass a background and drug screen.
Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
Ability to travel up to 100 % of the time.
Flexible hours, including required overtime.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs and to perform repetitive motions such as bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, and standing.
Travel Requirements Road Warrior – 75 % or more on the road.
