Base pay range $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
What You'll Do
Assemble and fasten machine parts like bearings, gearboxes, drives, and guards.
Read blueprints and schematics to make sure everything lines up and runs right.
Hook up hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Check alignment and movement of rotating equipment.
Test and run the machines to make sure they’re safe and ready to ship.
Troubleshoot and fix issues when something doesn’t work as expected.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
Occasionally help with installs or upgrades at customer sites.
What You Bring
At least 3 years of experience putting together industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or similar.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to read blueprints.
Comfortable using precision tools (like micrometers and dial indicators) to get things just right.
Hands‑on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical work.
Familiar with safe lifting, rigging, and handling of large parts.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with finning machines, welding processes, or PLC controls — but not required.

Physical Requirements Generally, 95% of the normal work shift requires standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while running production, inspecting work and machines and checking procedures. Job requires moving of material and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices should be used when possible. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, sometimes without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.
