Journeyman Diesel Truck Mechanic
Don Chapin Co. – a highly recognized industry leader in our local community – is seeking a self‑motivated, team‑oriented individual with solid heavy‑duty diesel mechanic experience for professional growth opportunities.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in all aspects of heavy‑duty diesel truck repair and maintenance.
Full‑time availability with occasional overtime.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with diagnostic scanner tools.
Valid California Class C driver’s license required; Commercial Driver’s License (Class A) preferred.
Self‑motivated, reliable, and team‑orientated with a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage: $33‑$38.
Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) plan.
