We provide a full range of automotive repair and maintenance services to members and non‑members, staffed by ASE‑certified technicians.
Job Description As a Technician B, you will perform routine scheduled maintenance and basic automotive repair, adjustments and maintenance procedures, including oil changes, tire replacement & repair, and general vehicle maintenance. You will work under the direction of a Manager or Service Advisor, and may also be responsible for alignments, brake services, advanced repairs, digital vehicle inspection, test drives, and vehicle delivery.
Day‑in‑the‑life
Perform automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures as outlined on repair orders
Complete fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, and advanced repair and maintenance services
Drive vehicles into the service bay, prepare them for and complete digital vehicle inspection
Test drive vehicles and prepare them for delivery to customers after necessary repairs and maintenance
Keep the shop clean and organized to ensure a positive member / customer experience
Work with, mentor and train less experienced technicians

Required Qualifications
High School diploma, GED or technical school certification
Valid driver’s license
3 years or more of experience repairing vehicles at a dealership or automotive center
Knowledgeable about automotive and/or truck systems, tools and technical resources; able to perform a variety of basic repairs and maintenance independently
Consistently demonstrates proper use of equipment and tools, and maintains a clean, safe and organized work area
Consistently provides exceptional customer service and improves customer service scores
Preferred Qualifications
ASE certifications (A4 – Suspension & Steering, A5 – Brakes, plus two additional ASE certifications)
State inspection certificate where applicable
AC 609 Certification
Work Environment
Exposure to loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment
Requires standing, walking, normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting and carrying up to 80 pounds
Must have own tools appropriate for skill level
Must be able to work in heat; most facilities have fans
Must be able to work on feet in a concrete facility for the entire shift
