is seeking a
Lead Veterinarian
to join their compassionate and collaborative team. This is a
Monday–Friday only role —offering an incredible opportunity for a skilled veterinarian who values leadership, community impact, and a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership : Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care in diagnostics, treatment, and surgery.
Team Management : Oversee the veterinary team, help with staffing, training, scheduling, and performance guidance.
Client Communication : Build trust with pet owners through transparent communication and compassionate care plans.
Patient Oversight : Ensure excellence in patient care, documentation, and medical outcomes.
Collaboration : Work closely with the Practice Manager and leadership team to maintain clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
DVM or VMD degree from an
AVMA-accredited institution
(or equivalent)
5+ years of clinical experience
in small animal practice preferred
Proven ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with veterinary teams
Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
Active Florida license
in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits
Flexible Compensation : Salary or ProSal structure –
no negative accrual
Sign-On Bonus Options
