$110,000 – $150,000 annually About the Role A Regional Health Center in Kansas is seeking a passionate and motivated Inpatient Pharmacist to join its collaborative clinical team. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and working in a supportive hospital environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes. What You’ll Do As an Inpatient Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and timely pharmaceutical care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal medication therapy for hospitalized patients. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing, verifying, and dispensing prescribed medications in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements Providing medication education and counseling to patients and healthcare staff Monitoring medication therapy to ensure safety, efficacy, and appropriate use Participating in clinical decision-making and interdisciplinary care teams Maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations Supporting quality improvement initiatives and best practices in medication management Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program Active Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility for Kansas licensure Prior hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $150.000 per year Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Earned Time Off (ETO) 401(k) retirement plan Wellness initiatives and employee support resources Relocation assistance up to $5,000 Student loan forgiveness eligibility Why Join Us This is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a patient-focused hospital setting that values teamwork, professional growth, and work-life balance.
