Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Client seeks Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for contract assignment starting January 19-April 13 at their Corporate Health clinic in Hillsboro, OR. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Epic EMR experience is preferred, as is lifestyle medicine focus.
