Qualifications 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership role An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry Strong ability to analyze data, product inventory, and control of costs A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit Professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego The Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Employer.
