What You’ll Do

Coordinate and manage all wellness and spa appointments, ensuring a seamless and elevated scheduling experience for guests and members

Enhance the overall wellness experience by maintaining a calm, professional, and welcoming spa environment

Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and members, responding to questions, requests, and concerns with care and attentiveness

Handle sensitive guest and staff matters with discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality

Support retail operations by assisting with product selections and processing purchases

Accurately process payments for spa services and retail transactions

Perform opening and closing duties while maintaining organization and operational standards

Demonstrate a genuine passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest and member experiences

Qualifications

Previous experience in a spa, resort, or hospitality setting preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both internal teams and guests

Exceptional customer service mindset with a calm, professional approach

Proficiency with computers and scheduling systems; Book4Time experience preferred

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Previous retail experience with the ability to assist guests confidently

Professional appearance, discretion, and enthusiasm for wellness and guest experience
