Project Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Boise, Idaho, to find a dedicated Project Administrator. This role provides crucial administrative support to the Project Manager (PM) and Assistant Project Manager (APM) on a water treatment plant construction project, ensuring smooth daily operations on site. Previous construction experience is a strong plus for this role.
Location: Boise, Idaho Duration: 3 months Temp-to-Perm Hours/Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager with daily administrative tasks
- Track daily paperwork, timecards, and field daily reports
- Manage and maintain various project forms using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
- Assist with general project documentation and reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for project-related administrative inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience is highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on-site in a jobsite trailer
