Receptionist Position
We are looking for a skilled and personable receptionist to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. The role requires fluency in Spanish and proficiency in handling administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and attentive greeting.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office records.
- Provide back-office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination to meet deadlines.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data and generate reports.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish to support business needs and interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming for guests.
- Coordinate with staff to address any immediate office needs or concerns.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish for business purposes.
