Bilingual Receptionist (Spanish/English)

Robert Half is looking for a bilingual receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is essential to front-office operations, ensuring a professional, welcoming environment while providing administrative support to the team. The bilingual receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients professionally in English and Spanish
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails
• Translate basic verbal and written communication between English and Spanish as needed
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain front desk organization and common areas
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and protected information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 12 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
