As a Senior Campus Recruiting Specialist, youll be at the forefront of shaping Schwabs future workforce. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging the brightest minds from leading universities and creating exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our commitment to inclusion and innovation. You will foster relationships with university partners, students, campus organizations and key business partners, making a direct impact on our employer branding and recruitment strategy. In this role, you will:/pulliDesign and execute innovative campus recruiting strategies to build a strong, diverse pipeline for early career programs./liliCultivate lasting relationships with internal teams and external partners to attract and retain top early career talent./liliChampion early career initiatives by leading on-campus engagement and shaping recruiting strategies./liliCollaborate with universities to deliver impactful, brand-forward events that inspire students and showcase Schwabs culture./liliLeverage digital platforms (e.g., Handshake, Symplicity) and targeted outreach to drive interest and applications for early career opportunities./li/ulpPlease Note: This is an in-office role requiring on-site presence in our Omaha office Monday-Thursday, with the option of working remotely on Fridays./ppTo ensure that we fulfill our promise of challenging the status quo, this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have./ph3Required Qualifications:/h3ulliBS/BA degree required./lili23 years of campus recruiting experience./liliProven ability to build external campus and community partnerships and source leads through networking./liliWorking knowledge of U.S. employment law and corporate recruiting practices./liliWillingness to travel locally up to 40%, based on seasonal needs./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliStrong business acumen with the ability to articulate Schwabs business and industry trends./liliFamiliarity with Handshake, Symplicity, iCIMS, and Workday preferred./liliExceptional networking and relationship-building skills./liliProven project management expertise with strong customer focus and time management./liliExperience engaging diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels./liliProactive and results-driven; delivers high-quality outcomes independently./liliHighly organized with keen attention to detail; adaptable and resourceful in problem-solving./liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./liliOutstanding interpersonal, written, verbal, and influencing skills./liliSkilled at building networks and engaging passive candidates./liliAbility to effectively position Schwab as an employer of choice./li/ulpAt Schwab, youre empowered to shape your future.
