Schedule Primary shift: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM Full-time, rotating shifts Every other weekend required Possible on-call responsibilities

Compensation Annual salary range: $112,500 – $153,000 Relocation assistance available up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

Additional Information On-site role; remote work is not available Permanent, full-time position Candidates must be willing to relocate

Role Overview We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Emergency Medicine to join an inpatient pharmacy team supporting a high-volume emergency department within an acute care hospital environment. This role involves direct patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in emergency response activities.

Key Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication selection, dosing, monitoring, and education Participate in emergency responses such as code blue, trauma, and stroke alerts Support development and implementation of emergency department–specific medication protocols and quality initiatives Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, as applicable Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical committees

Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program (required) Clinical or hospital pharmacy experience (preferred) Emergency department experience (preferred) Residency training (preferred) State pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure (highly preferred)
