Recruiting Manager specializing in Corporate Finance & Accounting
A growing global technology firm is actively looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional with experience in SaaS billing. As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll manage invoicing, cash collection, and account reconciliations, serving as the bridge between U.S.-based commercial teams and a finance department operating abroad. You’ll work independently while also influencing how revenue operations scale within a dynamic, tech-forward business environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Issue timely and accurate invoices in accordance with customer agreements Track receivables and initiate follow-up with clients to ensure timely payments Collaborate with internal stakeholders on billing discrepancies and resolve client concerns Maintain clean AR aging reports and ensure accuracy of client records Support monthly close activities including reconciliation of accounts Assist with sales tax calculations and compliance tracking Generate and interpret AR and collections reports to support forecasting and cash planning Leverage NetSuite and Salesforce to manage billing workflows and maintain data integrity
Ideal Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models Strong background in billing, collections, and working with reseller or partner channels Must have hands-on experience with NetSuite; working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred Experience handling sales tax compliance or multi-jurisdictional billing is a plus Capable of working across time zones and independently managing tasks with minimal supervision Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a remote or globally distributed team is a bonus Bookkeeping or general accounting experience is helpful, though not required
