A global filter company in Mesa, AZ area is currently seeking a Chinese/ Korean/ Japanese/ Vietnamese Bilingual (Preferred) Purchasing/ Inventory control Agent Candidate to join their organization. This is a full-time, M-F, direct hire opportunity. Job Responsibilities: - Manages procurement of food and non-food items from other offices/ vendors to secure supplies. - Sources and negotiates prices and deals with vendors. - Monitors and analyzes daily inventory of products and creates purchasing plans. - Organizes purchasing invoices/Create Purchasing Order. - Works with warehouse department to conduct periodic physical inventory. - Handles shipment issues in a timely manner. - Answers questions regarding products, ordering status and shipping schedules.
