A global filter company in Mesa, AZ area is currently seeking a Chinese/ Korean/ Japanese/ Vietnamese Bilingual (Preferred) Purchasing/ Inventory control Agent Candidate to join their organization. This is a full-time, M-F, direct hire opportunity. Job Responsibilities: - Manages procurement of food and non-food items from other offices/ vendors to secure supplies. - Sources and negotiates prices and deals with vendors. - Monitors and analyzes daily inventory of products and creates purchasing plans. - Organizes purchasing invoices/Create Purchasing Order. - Works with warehouse department to conduct periodic physical inventory. - Handles shipment issues in a timely manner. - Answers questions regarding products, ordering status and shipping schedules. Applicant Requirements: - Business level English required - Business level Chinese/ Korean/ Japanese/ Vietnamese preferred - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to learn our inventory management system (with training) - Bachelor's Degree, major in Business or relevant fields preferred - 1+ years of purchasing experience preferred Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
