Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience driving complex, high-impact projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong command of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of project goals. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective corrective actions as needed. Communicate project status, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders and senior leadership. Conduct and facilitate effective project meetings to drive collaboration and accountability. Track and report project performance metrics - including budget adherence, progress updates, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies and organizational best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and best practices. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Preferred Skills:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent credential. Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in project environments. Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. wareness of industry-specific standards, compliance, and regulations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 10-15 years of proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, and high-visibility projects. Demonstrated success in remote or hybrid work environments. Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.
