Overview As the
Director, Dealer Success Operations
you will report to the Sr. Director, Dealer Success to drive dealer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will ensure our partners thrive through coaching our Dealer Success Managers. Your focus on improving the team’s ability to provide exceptional onboarding, performance management, and long‑term operational success is critical. You will build scalable processes, improve workflows, and deliver a world‑class partner experience that drives adoption, retention, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities Dealer ROI & Performance Management
Build and iterate SOPs for consistent, high‑value dealer touchpoints
Ensure we have a systematic approach to establishing trusted relationships with Dealer Principals, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, and BDC teams
Model performance analysis and develop data‑driven action plans for the Success Team
Optimize monthly reporting, feature updates/newsletters, and quarterly business reviews
Learning, Development & Internal Enablement
Act as a “player‑coach” to team members; support mentorship and learning
Strengthen internal tools, processes, and enablement for the Dealer Success team
Build and improve scalable SOPs (knowledge base and training assets)
Operational Strategy & Continuous Improvement
Coach our Dealer Success team on proactive outreach, thoughtful, and create
Create a rhythm and workflow for Dealer Success team to establish genuine relationships w/dealers
Provide guidance for when to be proactive and thoughtfully reactive
Identify and implement opportunities to improve launch, engagement, and performance cycles
Onboarding & Integration
Architect and continuously refine the end‑to‑end dealership launch and onboarding system
Lead the development and scaling of training programs, enablement and integration resources
> Qualifications
7+ years in the Franchised Automotive Industry
3+ years experience directly calling on Dealerships in the Field… and were good at it
3+ years directly managing Field Reps in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management… and were good at it
Have playbooks, best practices, ideas and turbo boost our epic Success Team
Travel up to 15‑20%, to keep the knife sharp
