About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, is seeking a commercial finance attorney to join its sophisticated Chicago practice as an associate. This practice group has nearly 100 years of experience representing banks, bank holding companies, and other financial institutions with various finance matters including loan transactions, equipment leases, and restructurings. The person in this position will focus primarily on lending transactions in the representation of banks, funds, and other financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of asset-based and commercial finance structures and issues
Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $205,000 – $265,000.
