We’re on the hunt for an experienced retail leader with a passion for plants and outdoor living to take charge of our busy Garden Centre at Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale.
This is a full-time, permanent leadership role reporting to the Store Manager. You’ll oversee all aspects of the Garden Centre—engaging and motivating your team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving growth in both green and dry goods categories.

Your Day-to-Day
Lead, coach, and motivate the Garden Centre team to achieve sales and service targets Oversee the replenishment, merchandising, and ticketing of all products Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and tailored recommendations Liaise with suppliers to maintain strong relationships, ensure product availability, and coordinate promotions Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting department environment Work closely with store leadership to implement growth strategies and promotional plans If you’re solutions-focused and ready to grow both your career and our Garden Centre, we’d love to hear from you.
