Job Summary We are seeking a Clinical Clerk to join our healthcare team. The Clinical Clerk will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinical department.
Pay Range $19.00 - $21.00 per hour - based on experience and skillset

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a healthcare setting or medical office
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining accurate and up‑date patient records
Schedule patient appointments and follow‑ups
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing support
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
Work Environment The Clinical Clerk will work in a clinical office setting under the supervision of healthcare professionals. The role may require some standing, walking, and lifting of lightweight items.
