The Physical Therapist I provides physical therapy and wellness services to patients and clients who have impairments, functional disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease or other causes. Moreover, this employee helps patients and clients restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. Mobility devices, patient lift equipment, physical agents, exercise equipment), and general office equipment).* Electronic Medical Record and multiple related software programs and tools with strict adherence to HIPPA regulations.* Achieves the annually established baseline level for productivity and demonstrates **willingness** to adjust personal schedule in case of crisis or clinic need.* Completes comprehensive, timely, and accurate documentation that meets organizational, regulatory and institutional standards.* Professional Behavior Expectations:
