$120,000 - $130,000 (Discretionary Bonus)

Responsibilities Of The Controller
Manage two direct reports (Staff Accountant & AR Supervisor)
Oversee inventory accounting and controls
Post journal entries and perform reconciliations
Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements
Monitor revenue and ensure accuracy across financial operations
Implement process improvements for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications Of The Controller
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a U.S. university
Manufacturing industry experience required
Strong inventory accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
Adaptable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
Experience with ERP systems (Advantage software is a plus)
