We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an
HR Coordinator
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Rochester, NY 14626 (on-site) .
Job Description
Pay: $28-32/hr
12-month assignment (on-site) with potential of conversion based on performance and budget.
Position will handle benefits enrollment, HRIS updates, onboarding/offboarding, and employment/payroll verifications.
Support employees and internal teams by answering HR questions, assisting with building access, audits, subpoenas, and providing administrative backup.
Coordinate HR operations and engagement by maintaining HR content, organizing records, supporting employee events, and assisting with team projects.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is Required; Bachelor’s degree is Preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Certificate in Human Resources is Preferred.
