The Project Manager is responsible for the commercial/financial aspects of a large construction project to include tracking, forecasting, billing, requests for quote, schedule shifts, reporting, and changes. Education And Experience
Bachelors in related field or relevant background. Financial experience in construction projects. GMP experience preferred. Duties And Responsibilities
Track and forecast project finances, including analysis of cost and schedule impacts. Prepare and submit complex client billing and financial reports. Respond to RFQs and price scope or schedule changes. Support peer project managers in the successful delivery of a large-scale data center construction project. Project Management Responsibilities
Communicates proactively and professionally with customers, trade partners, and internal teams to resolve issues and exceed client expectations. Plans and executes work within defined scope, schedule, and budget, accurately estimating task duration and complexity. Anticipates project risks, monitors progress, and adjusts plans to maintain realistic schedules and forecasts. Develops scopes of work, administers change orders, and ensures compliance with contracts and specifications. Leads teams and subcontractors effectively while promoting a positive, collaborative project culture. Supervisory Responsibilities
Where applicable, directs and oversees junior or subordinate staff members regarding construction, operations, and/or maintenance tasks and assignments at a project site. Required Skills And Abilities
Works independently with minimal guidance from senior staff. Makes timely, well-reasoned decisions using data, experience, and sound judgment. Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, including awareness of others’ needs, cues, and dynamics. Effectively manages personal emotions in high-pressure or ambiguous situations. Proactively identifies and assesses risks. Travel Required
Position is on-site through Q1 2029 Post-project travel or relocation may be necessary. Work Authorization/Other Requirements
