Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Business Development Manager located in Greater Binghamton. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential clients, developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring industry trends, conducting market analysis, and managing accounts to drive revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align business strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilities
Knowledge of Market Research, Data Analysis, and Decision‑Making
Experience in the construction, paving, or infrastructure sectors is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business development tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships
Willingness to travel within the assigned region, as needed
