Oversee all shift activities, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Serve as a role model and enforce all company policies and procedures 100% of the time. Perform staffing, paperwork, cost controls, and cash control duties. Manage food preparation, work schedule, store appearance, image standards, and marketing activities. Deliver excellent customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality, and provide reliable transportation to and from work. Ensure store cleanliness and operational profitability. Elective and Core Qualifications
Operate all equipment (oven, mixers, slicers, etc.). Stock ingredients from delivery to storage and walk‑in cooler. Prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory. Complete associated paperwork and clean equipment and facility daily. Complete orientation and on‑the‑job training. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with customers and co‑workers. Apply basic arithmetic accurately and quickly; handle monetary change correctly. Enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen. Demonstrate motor coordination, hand–eye coordination, and the ability to perform precise movements rapidly. Benefits

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to assistant manager, general manager, and eventually franchise owner. Stations across Denver, Dallas, El Paso, and Los Angeles provide diverse career paths. Physical and Environmental Requirements
Stand for most tasks; walk short distances; endure variable and sometimes adverse weather. Work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+; manage fumes, dust, and cramped spaces. Lift and carry up to 50 lb cases, up to 30 lb sauce, and multiple 12‑lb dough trays. Push or pull trays on dollies; occasionally climb five or more flights of stairs or a ladder. Stop and bend forward at the waist for assembly, front‑counter duties, and stocking; repeat these movements throughout the shift. Reach up to 72 in. for oven controls and price signage; reach down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal and washing dishes. Perform frequent hand‑tasks requiring strength, coordination, and the use of tools (pizza peel, rolling cutter, box assembly). Utilize pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and other equipment.
