Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Data Management Analyst to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst, you will be part of the Data Management department supporting treasury management initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes
Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams, and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger-scale Data Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education
Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices
Proven experience in data analysis using SQL/Python or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases)
Experience in technical solution design to address business problems
3+ years of JIRA and/or Agile experience
