Job Description

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications

5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Responsibilities

Perform data analysis and testing for treasury management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Design and document technical solutions to address complex business challenges and optimize processes Collaborate with data providers, peers, technology teams and senior business partners to resolve issues and achieve goals Translate complex data findings to clear actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Apply strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities, paired with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Additional Skills

3+ years of proven experience in data analysis using SQL/Python or similar tools (data transformation, analytics, large relational databases) 3+ years of technical solution design to business problems 3+ JIRA and/or Agile experience Knowledge of financial institution balance sheet fundamentals, product offerings, and balance sheet management practices EEO
